We can host birthdays, reunions, wedding receptions, company awards, sports banquets, holiday gatherings, art showings, CD release parties, music showcases…and our favorite – party at the brewery for no specific reason!
The brewery charges a rental fee of $15 per person for two hours, or $20 per person for three hours. This fee includes the brewery rental for the allocated time, bartender and the Fort Bend Brewing brews on our tap wall. Also included is five 36” round bar-height tables and a 6’ banquet table. The minimum rental charge is $450 per event (applied to the first 30 guests for two hours), and a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold/book the party date. All brewery rentals require a $50 cleaning fee, and there is also an 8.25% state sales tax added to all party rental costs.
For an additional fee we can provide two 6’ banquet tables, sixty black folding chairs, and black table cloths.
The brewery area has a maximum capacity of 110. Please note this is an air conditioned facility.
We work with some fantastic catering services and restaurants and we’ll gladly provide you a list of caterers we recommend, but you can also bring in your own food. Please do not bring any confetti or shelled peanuts.
Plan to bring your own water/soft drinks (or make arrangements with your caterer) because we have our hands full just tending to the beer. NOTE: TABC/State Law prohibits the consumption of any other alcohol on the brewery premises.
You can book your own band or plug your iPod or CDs into FBBC’s sound system.
The bar will have last call 30 minutes prior to the end of the party and will close down 15 minutes prior to the end of the party.
